Customer Service is Horrible!

Don't buy here! If you have a problem good luck. Customer Service is non existent!
My car cover hold downs ripped off, all I want is an exchange. Forget about it, no one will ever contact you.

PWC Cover- Extremely satisfied

Just purchased a PWC cover. From sourcing the details, through ordering and delivery/tracking process I was very pleased. Fitting info was thorough and complete. Product delivered early and exceeded my quality and feature expectations. Strongly recommend this organization for PWC/Seadoo covers. Thank you.

Disappointed

Ordered custom size cover for patio heater. Ordered charcoal, received grey, too big, cheap material from China. Called and asked to return and get black, as in black. Customer service said that was what I ordered. Color on website was not even close to what was delivered. No bueno, no returns on custom size order. $80 buck over the dam. Would not order from them again

100% Satisfied

I have been using the coverstore auto covers for 16 years now and I am completely satisfied with their products. I find them durable, weather proof, breathable, and scratch resistant. They also honor their warranty. For a high quality auto cover for your classic car or pickup truck, this is the company you can trust.

Terrible!

I ordered a cover for my outdoor furniture which I never received! I know when I ordered it - I put my house address correctly on the order, but when I went to see why I did not receive it, the house # was missing. I did not receive the order, but they still want to charge me for it. Terrible customer service -

Fitment

Even using there fitment chart don't be surprised if your car cover doesn't fit well, my cover for our Toyota Tacoma won't cover the entire front and comes up or off at the least bit of wind.

Horrible product and company! Do not buy!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Horrible company and horrible customer service! I purchased a cover for my BBQ, and it ripped not even 3 weeks later after putting it on. I put it on one time and rolled it under the garage. This was in October, not even into the windy and cold winter days. I received the product Oct 7, out it on the next weekend. I tried to request a return / refund and they wouldn't make a 10 day exception to their 30 day return policy. Only a store credit. Why would I want a store credit to buy another product that doesn't work? What a scam!

This company should be ashamed of themselves and for not standing by their product for even a month and not refunding it. I can't believe how unethical and unprofessional the customer service was when I called. I'm truly and utterly appalled. Hard earned money down the drain. Shameful!

Do not buy these poor quality bbq covers. Save the headache and money and buy a higher quality cover elsewhere that will last at least more than a month!

No return/refund past 30 days

Very upset with the fact that I open up a package to see if it fits my table and chairs and because it is over 30 days past the order I can't return for any amount of refund! I like the cover store products but this policy absolutely STINKS. Guess I should have read more reviews on them before purchasing again.

Great product... Great service!

This is the second outside tv cover I've bought from this store. The first has covered a pool house tv for years and is going strong. This new one will cover a cabin cruiser tv. The customer service is exceptional. I contacted site online with questions and received an answer right away. Ordered the product, spoke to Alan on the phone about delivery timelines and he managed next day delivery. Don't waste time shopping around elsewhere.

Awful customer service

Purchased covers for outside furniture, the couch cover was ripped, to get replacement you have to submit more information than you would think, not worth the money or time, don't buy from this company

Won't admit mistake on their part

Our chair covers came. They didn't take the 1-2" off the length to prevent dragging. When I called to tell them, they had me take several pictures of the covers, inside and out, show measurements of the seams, pictures of the chairs with and without the covers in them. We submitted all of these, heard back 2 days later saying they weren't at fault. How could they not be at fault... they didn't take the length off. We noticed these are made in China, which means they don't want to pay to ship another set over made correctly. They were hoping China had made the mistake, but that wasn't the case. So... we are stuck with VERY expensive covers that look terrible and will probably mold from dragging and sitting in rain water.
Horrible customer service. Liars
